Common support topics
- Automatic card border detection is unstable for a specific background or lighting setup.
- Manual calibration handles are hard to drag or inspect.
- Front and back records need to be merged, renamed, or deleted.
- A supported card's identity suggestion is missing, incorrect, or hard to confirm.
- A candidate area, evidence marker, or magnified crop is hard to review or confirm.
- A simulated reference or image/PDF export does not include the expected review context.
Helpful feedback details
If possible, include the capture source, whether you used automatic detection or manual calibration, whether the issue happened on the front side, back side, or both, and which condition dimension you were reviewing.
If the issue involves card identity, include the card language, collector number, and the field that needs correction.
