On-device processing

Camera capture, photo import, calibration, basic analysis, measurement records, thumbnails, and card images are processed and stored on your device first.

Calibration data contribution and uploads

Help improve accuracy is enabled by default in the current App. When it is on and you save a completed eligible calibration, the App may upload the original and corrected card images, border and corner labels, image and analysis metadata, a random sample ID, an anonymous installation ID, and App/model version information. We use this data to improve card recognition; it is not used for advertising or sold as card-image data. Turning this setting off stops new uploads and cancels the local pending-upload queue. It does not automatically delete data uploaded before you turned it off.

Purchases, feedback, and beta data

We use Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat to manage purchases, subscriptions, and restore purchases. Apple processes payment details; RevenueCat may process purchase history and anonymous App identifiers to provide entitlement functionality. If you join a TestFlight beta, Apple may provide crash logs and basic test information. If you email feedback, screenshots, recordings, or exported reports, those materials are used to reproduce issues and improve the product.

Your choices

• You can delete local history records and associated images inside the app.
• Turning off Help improve accuracy stops new calibration uploads and cancels the local pending-upload queue. It does not automatically delete data uploaded before you turn it off.
• You can avoid sending card images in support emails unless they are needed for troubleshooting.
• You can contact us to request deletion of feedback materials or uploaded calibration data, subject to applicable law and our ability to identify the relevant upload.
